Last call for Paradox 2013!

Right, cars are tesselated to infinity and beyond, gaffa tape has arrived (yay), the sun is shining and I have my best pants on. Paradox 2013, here I come! Looking forward to seeing lots of my lovely friends, and other adventurers, in the woods.

Ticket update…

Tickets sale for this event through Ticketsellers are now closed. However, you can still purchase direct from Fellfoot Box Office using your credit / debit card by calling Barry on 015395 31014 – pricing is as follows:

Weekend ticket (including camping on all three nights) – £50

Evening ticket (including camping for one night only) – £20

Gig only evening ticket (no camping, any night) – £12

Alternatively, there should be tickets available on the door, but please call Barry on 015395 31014 or Neil on 07821 722231 to check availability before you depart!

Aerial view of Fellfoot Wood and surroundings…

Thought some of you might appreciate a different perspective on exactly what makes the location of Paradox so special, so here’s a nice view, courtesy of Google Earth. Note the mahoosive lake on doorstep (you can only see half of it in this pic), pretty much nothing but trees and greenery elsewhere, and of course Gummer’s How for those of you who like an easy-ish walk, which provides stunning views over the whole Lake District and surrounding area. Pretty damn special I reckon…

Flyer reveal!

For reasons that may have become apparent over the last couple of days, the flyer for Paradox has been a while longer coming than it should have…but I am now very happy to be able to reveal it in its full glory! The more eagle-eyed amongst you may notice that not only has one band disappeared off there, another has been added. What shall be taken away, so shall be given 😉 So whilst I am very disappointed to have to announce the removal of Antimatter People from the lineup, I am more than delighted to announce the addition of The Laze, of whom I shall tell you more in due course. In the meantime, feast your eyes upon this little beauty. The physical version should be appearing amongst you in a matter of days…
